At DMNS, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

DMNS does not reimburse shipping charges associated with returning an item unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DMNS is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like a different size or item, please contact us for assistance.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued in accordance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

Returns may be refused if:

  • The return is requested after the 30-day return period.
  • The item has been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • The item is returned without required components, packaging, or proof of purchase.
  • The return does not comply with the terms of this policy.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact DMNS first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We reserve the right to provide documentation, shipping records, delivery confirmation, and correspondence to payment processors in response to any dispute.
