Thank you for shopping with DMNS. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect when placing an order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — $8.00 | Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $70.00.
- Express Shipping — $15.00 | Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. DMNS is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to a wide range of countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen carrier. We offer the following international carriers:
- DHL Express — Discounted rates with calculated transit time and prepaid duties support.
- USPS International — Available services include First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, and Priority Mail International.
International delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. DMNS is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at dmns.inq@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. DMNS is not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. DMNS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at dmns.inq@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
